Orders placed on US business days by 12:00 AM Eastern Time will ship on the next business day, regardles of shipping service provider or destination. Customers will receive shipping confirmation and package tracking information via email from . Please make sure your SPAM filter is not blocking this email address.

All orders are shipped FOB shipping point. If you would like to insure your item against damage during transit, please choose UPS or FedEx shipping. We do not offer insurace on packages shipped via US Postal Service. GrafCaps LLC is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to any location serviced by the US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. International shipping rates vary according to location and can be calculated using the shipping estimator after products have been added to your shopping cart.

Transit Times

Estimated transit times listed on this site are provided by their respective shipping service providers and are for informational purposes only. GrafCaps LLC assumes no responsibility for delays caused by the shipping provider after a package has been shipped. Please be aware that incomplete shipping address information can cause significant delays. GrafCaps LLC reserves the right to charge for re-shipment of packages returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

Available Shipping Methods

We offer shipping via the US Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx. For orders with a total weight of 13 oz. or less, shipping via USPS First Class mail is available (and very inexpensive). Shipping estimates can be calculated only after you've added products to your shopping cart.

Return Policy

We accept returns of unused merchandise for any reason for thirty days from the date of sale. Customers can choose store credit or a full refund of the purchase price and applicable sales tax. GrafCaps LLC will not be held responsible for any shipping charges or sales tax on shipping charges. All shipping charges (both delivery and return) are the responsibility of the customer. Customers who wish to return merchadise must obtain approval prior to shipment of good back to GrafCaps LLC. Please contact us to obtain a return materials authorization (RMA) number.
